This bartending school was so much fun. I was out of my league, but by the end of the course I was actually feeling pretty confident in myself. The course was thorough and fun, challenging and yet I didn't feel like I was in a pressure pot the whole time. Everything was explained in such a succinct manner that I feel I was able to absorb all the information easily. I've already been flexing my knowledge at local parties and family events, and I feel confident that I know what I am talking about.

Adrian was knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was encouraging and so passionate about the craft. I loved that the class was focused more on the architecture of what makes a cocktail than a hefty load of memorizing a million drinks. I now understand how to make a cocktail with any ingredient and figure out how to make a drink based on the ingredients alone.
