Ring in the New Year with a twist on the classic glass of bubbly.

Pink Champagne Cocktail

Low ABV!

In shaker add:

3 fresh raspberries. Muddle.

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain into coupe or wine glass. Top with champagne and garnish with raspberries.

Death In The Afternoon

Enjoy this cocktail (supposedly created by Ernest Hemingway himself) to celebrate the end of one year and the birth of the new!

Pour 1 1/2 oz of Absinthe into a coupe. Top slowly with Champagne.

Champagne Paloma

A fancy twist on the classic Paloma cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker, add:

1 1/2 oz blanco tequila

3/4 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain into glass.

Top with Champagne and garnish with a grapefruit slice!
