MOJITO + FRENCH 75

If you love a mojitos and you love French 75s, it is about time you tried the Old Cuban cocktail. Considered a modern classic, this recipe was created in 2001 by Audrey Saunders of the Pegu Club in New York. Here’s how to make it:

In cocktail shaker, add:

Apprx 6 mint leaves.

1 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

LIGHTLY muddle mint leaves ( a few light taps will do!)

Add: 1 1/2 oz aged rum

2 dashes of bitters.

Shake with ice and double strain to a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Enjoy!
